Bosham

One of my most favourite places. Mostly because it faces west for sunset but secondly because the tide rushes out and empties the huge natural basin that sits in the middle of Bosham which totally transforms the village twice a day.

  1. I read about Bosham recently (can’t think where, but it got added to the Bucket List, that grows ever longer) so it’s good to see some images of it – very good ones too. Also recently saw some images from East Head (NT owned) which looks worth a visit. Must get back to Chichester soon, we had a good lunch at Dell Quay a couple of months ago

    1. Thanks, Lens. East Head is interesting. We stopped there on push bikes for a picnic and a swim a couple of years ago. VERY deep water and lots of small boat owners turning up with very posh hampers but interesting 🙂 As for the pub grub at Dell Quay, snap! That is where we ate and it was so good, it inspired me to write my first TripAdvisor review.
