Fickle Autumn in Rye

We left the house under a glorious autumnal sun and by the time we’d got to the harbour in the Cinque Ports town of Rye (20 mins up the coast) already the clouds had started gathering.

And, just look at that weather the tide brought in.

  1. While you were away, there were some beautiful autumnal days and it felt as if Autumn was never going to end. And then along comes Angus and a friend and the change is dramatic. The Glories have been snatched from us. Beautiful images from Rye – white always looks good when reflected especially when the sky is blue.

    1. Hi Andy, sorry for delay in reply. I did see some wondrous shots from local people on FB – October is often good weather. Love taking the camera to Rye as it often kicks up some interesting shots.
